Thank you for considering Real Gunkie for your custom apparel. After receiving your non refundable consultation fee, a form will be emailed to you. This form is to gather basic information regarding your custom garment prior to the consultation. The non-refundable consultation fee is $50 an hour. If your consultation last 30 minutes, you are still responsible for the $50 fee. When or if your consultation reaches the end of the first hour, the consultation will be paused to discuss if you would like to move forward in the consultation. If you would like to do so, a second $50 fee will be charged. The second hour will not begin until the fee is paid. Real Gunkie will check availability of the day and time of your requested consultation. The fee is due the same day that your day and time is confirmed for the consultation. All consultations will take place over the phone, in person, or in a video chat. If you do not reside in the New Orleans area, Tki Francis of Real Gunkie can walk you through taking your own measurements, or you have the option to obtain them professionally. Tki Francis can give you professional options if you do not feel comfortable with taking your own measurements. Measurements are needed the day of the consultation.  Next, Real Gunkie will do research on fabric, materials, etc. and then give a price of your custom piece. If you do not choose to move forward, you will not receive a refund for the consultation. Your consultation fee will be applied to the final balance of your custom garment.
CUSTOM GROUP ORDERS:
Custom group orders require an in person consultation. Group orders consist of three or more customers. Tki Francis can travel to you, or the group can travel to Tki Francis. If Tki Francis is traveling to the group, gas and mileage will be included in the fee. This will be adhered to by the federal guidelines. Payment will be received in bulk by the contact person. Meaning, whoever Real Gunkie is communicating with as the representer of the group will collect payment on behalf of the group and pay the invoice on behalf of the group. There will only be two payments received. One payment is the initial deposit. The second payment is the final balance. 
RUSH ORDERS:
Payment for orders received after the four week window will incur a rush order fee of $50. The rush fee can increase based on the difficulty level, availability of materials, etc.
